By accessing or using the Service you agreed to be bound by these Terms.  If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.




If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name, Address, Credit/Debit Card Info,




You must pay the applicable prices for your bookings and purchase during the checkout procedure


Payments may be made by (any of the permitted methods specified on our website from time to time).




You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the confirmed booking time.  If you so fail to do so before the confirmed appointment, you forfeit the non refundable deposit plus a cancellation fee.  You have the option to reschedule your confirmed appointment. 


A no show will result in a full service charge.


These payments will be automatically charged to the card details you provide at the time of booking. 




All bookings require a non refundable deposit to be paid, which is deducted from the final bill, at checkout. 


Deposits must be paid at the time of booking payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.




Our prices are quoted on our website. 


We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, without notice. 




Shipping will be paid by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the buyer has the option to request a full refund including shipping or request the buyer to resend purchase at no additional charge.


Shipping cost may double if shipping internationally. 


If purchase is damaged during shipping, will not be responsible.

PRIVATE POLICY is committed to protecting your privacy. may request your Email or personal identifying information due to booking or purchases with us.  As provided in the Terms and Conditions, such information will never be distributed to any third party  and will never be publicly visible without your first written consent.  


Your email address will only be used to send you confirmations and marketing information.

Due to the nature of the items sold on (Virgin Hair and Eyelashes) we will not be able to accept returns/exchanges of the hair and will not be able to give any refunds.
